Each day this week I will share what was going on in the life of our Lord. Please join me as we learn together what Jesus did when He knew it would be His last week.

Sunday – Today we start off Holy Week. Matt. 21:1-11 No better way than with a parade. Jesus had a parade in His honor. Previously in His ministry He kept who He was a bit of a secret. It was a timing issue. The day had come for the “Big Reveal”. He was revealing Himself to the world who He really was. People were celebrating the coming Messiah. They had been waiting a long time for Him to come. Problem is, they totally missed the main point.
Jesus wasn’t coming to deliver them from Roman control. He came to break the control of sin on their lives. He did the same for us. Many times preconceived ideas keep us from the real truth of God Word. Sometimes we will not be delivered out of our situation, but we will be delivered through our situation.
Lk. 19:41 says later He was weeping for the lost souls. Many people feel that if they don’t think they are lost, they are not lost. Church, we need to pray for the lost that God will open their eyes to the truth. Without a personal relationship with the Father through the Son, we are LOST! Friends, TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION, REPENT AND BE SAVED. As we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. We are heading towards Resurrection Sunday. Let Jesus rise up in our hearts as we reveal Him to the world by the life we live for Him. God’s Blessings, Pastor Brad.
