Have you ever wondered why we are all a little different form each other?  Have you ever wondered why some people are “really” different?  We are all a little different because God has placed different motivations inside of us.  It is like we each have a set of eyeglasses that we see through based on our gifting.  Due to our Motivational Gift, God has pre-wired to approach situations in different ways.  This balance is good, but it can also lead to misunderstandings.  As we locate our main gift, this study will also help us to understand other people that we are working with in the Body of Christ also.  Understanding ourselves is important, but even more important is understanding others.
