Have you noticed the fields now are starting to sprout corn?  Row upon row of corn is popping out of the soil.  Have you ever wondered why some things seem to grow while others do not?  It is usually not a seed problem.  Farmers are very savvy when it comes to taking care of their soil.  In 1970 a farmer fed around 73 people.  Today a farmer feeds around 155 people.  Taking care of your soil is very important.  We call this passage the Parable of the Sower, but it is really the Parable of the soil or heart conditions.
