Prayer is one of the most important components in our relationship with the Lord.  It is only natural that we should try and get better at praying.  Prayer does not have to be pretty or polished but come from the heart.  Nevertheless, we need to learn how to pray better prayers by praying the Word of God.  There is an anointing on the Word of God, and when we pray the Word, we pray with power.  The language of prayer is about communion, confrontation, petition, and intercession.  Jesus had some things to tell us about prayer because He was a man of prayer.
