The Cross of Christ is first a bondage breaker and then becomes a bondage blocker.  We do not want to be like Lot’s wife where we are always looking back to what we once had.  If what we used to have was so good, we would never have left it in the first place.  God wants us to be looking forward to what He has in store for us.  We are never the same and no more shame.
