One of the problems we have in life is that we tend to operate on both sides of Calvary.  We struggle when we are trying to live out the new life by old life principles.  It is like taking a shower and getting clean only to put our old smelly dirty clothes back on.  It kind of defeats the purpose.  The cross of Christ is a point of demarcation in our life.  There is this side and that side.  We need to live on this side.
