Have you ever wondered why we are inwardly motivated to do things differently than each other? For a Christian, that is a God thing. When we get saved, we step into our calling and with that all the spiritual endowments that go along with it. With these different giftings, it causes us to approach situations differently. These differences bring balance to the Body but also can cause some misunderstandings. That is why we first must understand ourselves and then we need to learn to understand others.
